Senior Digital Project Leader

You will also support and coach digital project office team members and contribute to common ways of working. You help drive development initiatives in the team as well as on digital project office (DPO) level. As part of the job, you will be: • Help our many stakeholders across INGKA with business advisory, Operational strategy or feasibility studies • Responsible for planning, managing and delivering assigned projects, including time, cost, scope and quality with a focus on maximised business value overall and a clear business case • Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks to keep projects on track and create awareness on time in case of issues • Report to and communicate with DPO leadership, steering group and other stakeholders to manage expectations and support prioritisations • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and the line organisation • Drive continuous improvement of quality and performance in assigned projects to ensure targets are met • Identify and communicate resource needs, within assigned projects, to the DPO leadership to secure a better utilisation of team resources • Work in compliance with our Project Framework e.g. in planning, execution and quality assurance processes, steering and follow up in order to promote best practices and ensure a common high quality output • Provide support and guidance to assist in the development of projects and junior project leaders
